My name is Aleksandar Jakšić (pronounce "yack-shich", Serbian Cyrillic: Александар Јакшић). I am a Software Engineer at Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, WA. I work in the Access Team, which is part of the Office group. If you want to know more about my experience and education, feel free to browse my professional profile. I hold a bachelor degree in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. Software development is my passion and I have more than nine years of experience in managing and developing robust commercial systems focusing on object-oriented design & development. In addition to work, I am an author of a freeware chess engine called JaksaH.
