In my spare time I work on a chess engine called JaksaH. It is WinBoard compatible chess engine that I designed from scratch and developed in C++. Work on the development of this program has started in the middle of February 2004 and it is been an ongoing process since then. I tried to follow the good practices of software engineering and object-oriented development. Estimated JaksaH's FIDE equivalent playing strength is between 1900-2000 ELO which puts JaksaH in the top 400 world engines (free, commercial or private). The long term goal is to come close to FIDE Master playing strength in order to position JaksaH among world's top 100 engines!
